NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 23,
2008 at the hour of 5:15 PM at the Commission Chamber of City Hall, 215 E.
Center, Tucumcari, New Mexico, the Tucumcari Planning Commission will hear
comments opposing to or in support of:
Tammy Fang, applicant has requested to vacate a 30’ Easement located
between Blocks 18 & 21 of the
West
Ridge
Heights
Addition. Pursuant
to
New Mexico
State
Statutes
Annotated (1978), Section
3-20-12
applicant has filed a petition requesting the vacation of the above stated
Easement.
Being that the
applicant has filed a valid application with the office of the Zoning
